Sleeping with a hangover: Is there salvation?
“Let's go for a casual drink baby”…YES GOOD! The best hangovers started out "like this" but ended up being epic hangovers where we didn't even remember our names!

Back to our topic, then! If you're hungover, we all know how bad sleep is afterwards! It definitely "pops" differently from person to person, however, more or less the symptoms include a crazy headache, nausea, vomiting or upset stomach, sensitivity to light and the slightest sound, dizziness, dry mouth, dehydration and excessive thirst, even depression when trying to you remember why you had to be such a mess yesterday, but you can't find it at all!
Does getting regular, long hours of sleep help a hangover?
YES and NO. A good night's sleep won't prevent a hangover after a night full of alcohol, but it can help reduce the severity of hangover symptoms. So you'll still be miserable, but maybe you'll have less regrets!
Of course, when we say that a good sleep can help, we are talking about a good, quality sleep in ideal temperature conditions, an excellent mattress, no light and definitely... not in Las Vegas!
